FIELDISO Shipping Policy

At FIELDISO, all products are made to order. This means your order is produced specifically for you after purchase before it ships.

Order Processing

Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Production times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment partner, order volume, and season.

Domestic Shipping United States

Once your order has been produced, estimated shipping times within the United States are typically:

  • Economy: 4–8 business days
  • Standard: 2–5 business days
  • Priority: 2–3 business days, where available
  • Express: 2–3 business days, where available

These timelines are estimates only and may vary by product, fulfillment partner, destination, carrier conditions, and seasonal demand.

International Shipping (Canada Only)

FIELDISO offers international shipping to Canada.

Estimated international shipping times after production are typically:

  • Standard International: 10–30 business days

International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, destination country postal systems, local carrier delays, and temporary shipping restrictions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout where applicable. Rates vary based on the product, destination, shipping method, and fulfillment partner.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may take time to appear after label creation or may be limited depending on the destination and carrier.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. Because products may be fulfilled by different production partners, from different facilities, or at different times, items in the same order can ship separately and may arrive on different dates.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your destination country. These charges are not included in your order total unless explicitly stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may not be able to issue a refund for the original shipping cost, and reshipping may require an additional charge.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@fieldiso.com with your order number.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, shipping delays may occur that are outside our direct control. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will work with our fulfillment partner to review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

FIELDISO is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen or missing after delivery. If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local delivery office.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to high order volume, weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, peak season surcharges, or other logistical factors.
