    FIELDISO Return & Refund Policy

    At FIELDISO, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of that, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or preferring a different color or style.

    Returns and Exchanges

    We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Incorrect size selected at checkout
    • Change of mind
    • Preference-related issues
    • Ordering the wrong color, garment, or design

    Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@fieldiso.com with:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos showing the problem

    If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right by offering either:

    • A replacement item, or
    • A refund, as appropriate

    For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, you do not need to return the item unless we specifically ask you to do so.
