FIELDISO products are designed and sold strictly as casual apparel and lifestyle garments. FIELDISO clothing, graphics, designs, logos, and product descriptions may be inspired by industrial, engineering, construction, utility, manufacturing, energy, and technical environments; however, FIELDISO products are not designed, tested, certified, rated, or intended to function as personal protective equipment (“PPE”), safety equipment, or protective workwear of any kind.

FIELDISO apparel should not be used as a substitute for jobsite-required protective clothing, uniforms, high-visibility garments, flame-resistant apparel, arc-rated apparel, chemical-resistant apparel, electrical protective equipment, cut-resistant apparel, impact protection, respiratory protection, fall protection, or any other form of occupational safety gear. Unless expressly stated in writing by FIELDISO for a specific product, no FIELDISO product is certified to meet OSHA, ANSI, ASTM, NFPA, CSA, ISO, or any other workplace safety, protective, flame-resistance, electrical, visibility, or industrial performance standard.

Any product images, lifestyle photos, mockups, rendered visuals, or marketing materials featuring models, industrial backdrops, jobsite-style settings, tools, equipment, vehicles, facilities, or other work-related environments are created for illustrative, marketing, and aesthetic purposes only. Models shown wearing FIELDISO apparel are photographed, rendered, or presented in safe, staged, and controlled environments. These images do not represent active hazardous work conditions and should not be interpreted as an indication that FIELDISO products are suitable for use as PPE, safety-rated workwear, or protective clothing in any regulated workplace or dangerous environment.

FIELDISO makes no representation or warranty that its apparel will protect the wearer from injury, illness, exposure, or death.

By purchasing or wearing FIELDISO products, the customer acknowledges that the products are casual apparel only and agrees not to rely on them as PPE, safety equipment, or safety-rated workwear. FIELDISO shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from the use or misuse of its products in any environment where protective equipment, safety-rated apparel, or regulated workwear is required.
